Manufactured using high-quality ingredients and formulated with a 70/30 VG/PG ratio, this nicotine shot is ideal for sub-ohm vaping, shortfill mixing, and direct-to-lung (DTL) devices.
What Is a Koolada Nic Salt Shot?
A Koolada Nic Salt Shot is a nicotine booster designed to be added directly into larger bottles of nicotine-free shortfill e-liquid.
Unlike standard nicotine shots, this version contains WS-23 Koolada cooling compound, which creates an icy sensation without introducing any mint or menthol flavour.
This is an important distinction because many vapers enjoy the cooling effect associated with disposable vapes and ice flavours but don’t necessarily want minty notes affecting their chosen flavour profile.
WS-23 provides:
- A cooling sensation on inhale and exhale
- No mint flavour
- No menthol taste
- Enhanced flavour freshness
- Improved vaping satisfaction
This allows fruit, dessert, candy and beverage flavours to remain unchanged whilst gaining an enjoyable chilled finish.
Why Choose Nicotine Salts?
Nicotine salts have become one of the most popular forms of nicotine within modern vaping due to their smoothness and efficiency.
Unlike traditional freebase nicotine, nicotine salts are absorbed into the bloodstream more rapidly, helping satisfy cravings quickly and effectively.
Benefits of nicotine salts include:
Faster Nicotine Satisfaction
Nicotine salts absorb more efficiently than freebase nicotine, helping reduce cravings sooner.
Smoother Inhale
Even at higher nicotine strengths such as 20mg, nicotine salts remain significantly smoother on the throat.
Improved Comfort
Many users find nicotine salts more comfortable to vape throughout the day compared to high-strength freebase alternatives.
Better Overall Experience
Nicotine salts closely mimic the nicotine delivery profile that many former smokers are seeking when transitioning away from cigarettes.
The Benefits of WS-23 Koolada
WS-23 has become incredibly popular throughout the vaping industry and is frequently used in many of the UK’s best-selling disposable vape flavours.
Unlike traditional menthol additives, WS-23 focuses entirely on cooling.
Benefits include:
- Clean cooling sensation
- No mint interference
- Enhanced fruit flavours
- Refreshing exhale
- Popular disposable-style finish
- Greater flavour depth
Many disposable vape users have become accustomed to the cooling effect found in modern devices. Adding a Koolada Nic Salt Shot to your shortfill can help recreate that familiar sensation in a refillable setup.
Perfect for Shortfill E-Liquids
Shortfills are large bottles of nicotine-free e-liquid that leave room for nicotine shots to be added.
This Koolada Nic Salt Shot is specifically designed for this purpose.
Common examples include:
50ml Shortfills
Add one 10ml 20mg Koolada Nic Salt Shot to create approximately 60ml of 3mg e-liquid.
100ml Shortfills
Add two Koolada Nic Salt Shots to achieve approximately 120ml of 3mg nicotine strength.
Larger Bottles
Multiple shots can be added according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and desired nicotine strength.
Once added, simply shake thoroughly and allow the liquids to blend before vaping.
70/30 VG/PG Ratio for Sub-Ohm Performance
This Koolada Nic Salt Shot uses a 70/30 VG/PG blend, making it particularly suitable for pairing with high-VG shortfill e-liquids.
The 70% Vegetable Glycerine content supports:
- Dense cloud production
- Smooth vapour delivery
- Excellent flavour performance
- High-power vaping
Meanwhile, the 30% Propylene Glycol content helps carry flavour effectively whilst maintaining balance within the finished e-liquid.
This formulation makes it ideal for:
- Sub-ohm vape kits
- Direct-to-lung vaping
- Advanced pod kits
- High-powered devices
- Cloud-focused setups
