What Is a Nic Salt Shot?
A nicotine salt shot is a concentrated nicotine booster used to add nicotine to nicotine-free shortfill e-liquids.
Unlike freebase nicotine, nic salts are designed to provide:
-
A much smoother throat hit
-
Faster nicotine absorption
-
A more comfortable vaping experience at higher strengths
The 20MG 70/30 Nic Salt Shot is particularly popular among vapers who want strong nicotine satisfaction without harshness, making it an excellent option for those transitioning from smoking.

Why Choose a 20MG Nic Salt Shot?
The 20mg strength is the maximum allowed under UK regulations, making it ideal for those who need a stronger nicotine hit without discomfort.
Key benefits:
-
Ultra-smooth inhale, even at high strength
-
Quick nicotine delivery, helping curb cravings faster
-
Ideal for ex-smokers and recent switchers
-
Perfect for low-wattage and pod systems
For users searching “strong nicotine vape UK” or “best nic salts for quitting smoking”, this product ticks every box.
70VG / 30PG Ratio Explained
The balanced 70VG / 30PG mix offers the best of both worlds:
-
VG (Vegetable Glycerine): Produces thicker vapour and smoother clouds
-
PG (Propylene Glycol): Enhances flavour and throat sensation
This ratio ensures your nic shot blends seamlessly with most shortfill e-liquids, maintaining flavour integrity while delivering nicotine effectively.
How to Use Nic Salt Shots
Using the 20MG 70/30 Nic Salt Shot is simple:
-
Take your nicotine-free shortfill bottle
-
Remove the cap and nozzle
-
Add your nic shot
-
Shake thoroughly
Example:
-
Add 1 x 10ml nic shot to a 50ml shortfill → approx 3mg nicotine strength
This gives you full control over your vaping experience—something that disposable vapes simply can’t offer.
Nic Salts vs Freebase Nicotine
Understanding the difference helps you choose the right product.
Nic Salt (This Product):
-
Smooth inhale
-
Higher nicotine strength (up to 20mg)
-

Freebase Nicotine:
-
Stronger throat hit
-
Better for lower strengths
-
Often used in sub-ohm vaping
If you’ve ever found standard nicotine too harsh, nic salts are the perfect upgrade.
