Holy Cow – 0mg 100ml Shortfill
The Holy Cow 0mg 100ml Shortfill range is built around one simple idea: rich, creamy milkshake-inspired e-liquids made for adult vapers who enjoy smooth dessert flavours, strong vapour production and generous bottle sizes.
Made in the UK and blended at 70% VG / 30% PG, Holy Cow shortfills are designed primarily for sub-ohm tanks and Direct To Lung (DTL) vape kits. Each bottle contains 100ml of nicotine-free e-liquid inside a 120ml bottle, leaving space for two 10ml nicotine shots if you want to increase the strength.
Across the range, Holy Cow uses a consistent creamy, malty milkshake base and pairs it with six different flavour profiles: Strawberry Milkshake, Salted Caramel Milkshake, Pistachio Almond Milkshake, Peanut Butter Milkshake, Melon Milkshake and Banana Milkshake.
The result is a collection aimed squarely at dessert-vape fans who want something smooth, indulgent and substantial enough to enjoy as an all-day vape.
A Milkshake-Inspired Shortfill Range
Holy Cow shortfills sit firmly in the dessert e-liquid category.
Instead of sharp sweets, sour fruit or intense cooling, the range is built around a thick, creamy milkshake character. That base carries the individual fruit, nut or caramel notes and gives every flavour a consistent identity.
On the inhale, the featured flavour takes the lead. On the exhale, the creamy milkshake base becomes more noticeable, adding body and a softer finish.
This makes Holy Cow particularly well suited to adult vapers who prefer dessert-style vape juice, milkshake e-liquid or creamy shortfills over brighter candy-inspired flavours.
Strawberry Milkshake
Holy Cow Strawberry Milkshake combines ripe strawberry with the range’s signature creamy milkshake base.
The strawberry note is sweet rather than sharp, giving the flavour a dessert-like character instead of a sour fruit profile. A light malty quality helps reinforce the milkshake influence before the creamier finish develops on the exhale.
It is one of the more straightforward flavours in the collection, but that simplicity is part of its appeal.
If you enjoy strawberry e-liquid, strawberry cream vape juice or classic milkshake flavours, this is one of the easiest Holy Cow flavours to approach.
Salted Caramel Milkshake
Holy Cow Salted Caramel Milkshake is richer and more layered.
Caramel brings a deep sweetness, while a subtle savoury salt note helps balance the flavour and prevent it from becoming overly sugary.
On the exhale, the creamy milkshake base adds a smoother finish, creating a profile that combines sweetness, richness and a small amount of contrast.
For adult vapers searching for salted caramel e-liquid, caramel vape juice or creamy dessert shortfills, this flavour provides one of the most indulgent options in the Holy Cow range.
Pistachio Almond Milkshake
Holy Cow Pistachio Almond Milkshake is one of the more unusual options in the collection.
It combines earthy pistachio with softer almond notes before layering both over the creamy milkshake base.
Compared with some of the sweeter flavours in the range, Pistachio Almond feels more restrained. The nuttiness gives it a deeper character, while the milkshake element prevents the profile from becoming dry.
It is a strong choice for adult vapers who prefer nutty e-liquids, pistachio vape juice, almond flavours or less intensely sweet dessert vapes.
Peanut Butter Milkshake
For something heavier and more substantial, Holy Cow Peanut Butter Milkshake blends roasted peanut butter characteristics with a rich, malty milkshake foundation.
The peanut element brings both sweetness and a slightly savoury edge, while the creaminess of the milkshake base adds weight on the exhale.
This creates a fuller flavour than the fruit-based options in the range.
If your usual preferences lean towards peanut butter e-liquid, nutty dessert vape juice or rich creamy shortfills, this is one of the boldest flavours available from Holy Cow.
Melon Milkshake
Holy Cow Melon Milkshake combines sweet, juicy melon with the creamy milkshake base used throughout the range.
The melon note is lighter than the nut and caramel flavours, giving this option a fresher overall feel while still keeping it firmly within the dessert category.
A subtle menthol influence introduces a touch of freshness on the exhale, which separates Melon Milkshake from the rest of the collection.
For adult vapers looking for melon e-liquid, fruity milkshake vape juice or a creamy vape with a slightly fresher finish, this is a distinctive option.
Banana Milkshake
Holy Cow Banana Milkshake takes one of the most familiar dessert combinations and keeps it simple.
The banana is smooth and sweet, leaning more towards ripe dessert banana than sharp candy flavouring. The creamy milkshake base then adds maltiness and body on the exhale.
It is a comforting and recognisable profile that works particularly well for adult vapers who want something easy to return to throughout the day.
Fans of banana e-liquid, banana cream vape juice and milkshake-inspired shortfills should find this one immediately familiar.
70VG / 30PG for Sub-Ohm Vaping
Every Holy Cow 100ml shortfill uses a 70% VG / 30% PG ratio.
Vegetable glycerine is responsible for the thicker consistency and increased vapour production associated with high-VG e-liquids, while propylene glycol helps carry flavour.
At 70VG, Holy Cow shortfills are primarily suited to sub-ohm vape kits and DTL tanks.
This ratio works well with higher-powered coils designed to handle thicker e-liquid and helps produce dense vapour while keeping the inhale relatively smooth.
These liquids are generally not the best choice for lower-powered pod kits or traditional MTL setups, which are usually better suited to thinner 50/50 blends.
If you use a pod system, check your coil and device requirements before filling with a 70VG e-liquid.
100ml Shortfill with Space for Nicotine Shots
Each Holy Cow bottle contains 100ml of 0mg e-liquid inside a 120ml bottle.
That leaves 20ml of spare capacity for nicotine shots.
If required, adding two 10ml 18mg nicotine shots will produce approximately 120ml of 3mg e-liquid.
If you prefer to vape without nicotine, the e-liquid can be used at 0mg as supplied.
After adding nicotine shots, securely close the bottle and shake thoroughly to ensure the contents are mixed evenly before vaping.

Why Choose Holy Cow 100ml Shortfills?
Holy Cow shortfills are aimed at adult vapers who want dessert flavours with a creamy, consistent base.
The 100ml format provides a generous amount of e-liquid, while the 120ml bottle leaves enough room to customise the nicotine strength if required.
The 70VG formulation also makes the range well suited to vapour production and flavour delivery through appropriate sub-ohm devices.
Most importantly, the six flavours offer meaningful variety.
You can choose something fruity with Strawberry or Banana, move into richer territory with Salted Caramel or Peanut Butter, try something more unusual with Pistachio Almond, or opt for the lighter Melon blend.
That makes Holy Cow an appealing collection for adult vapers who like the dessert category but do not want every flavour to taste the same.
