Designed for vapers across the UK—from Manchester and Birmingham to Cornwall, London, and beyond—this high-quality nicotine booster is ideal for mixing into shortfills and creating your perfect nicotine strength without compromising on flavour or performance.
Whether you’re transitioning from smoking, fine-tuning your nicotine intake, or simply want more control over your vape, this 18mg freebase nic shot delivers a smooth yet satisfying experience.
What Is a Freebase Nic Shot?
A freebase nicotine shot is a concentrated nicotine solution designed to be added to nicotine-free e-liquids (shortfills). Unlike pre-mixed e-liquids, nic shots allow you to control both nicotine strength and vaping style.
The 18MG 70/30 Freebase Nic Shot uses freebase nicotine, which is known for:
-
A stronger throat hit
-
Faster nicotine absorption
-
A more traditional “cigarette-like” sensation
This makes it particularly appealing for ex-smokers or those who prefer a more noticeable inhale compared to smoother alternatives like nic salts.

The 70VG / 30PG ratio is specifically designed to complement modern vape kits and sub-ohm devices.
Benefits include:
-
Smooth vapour production thanks to higher VG
-
Balanced flavour delivery from the PG content
-
Compatibility with most vape kits, especially pod systems and sub-ohm tanks
When combined with your favourite shortfill e-liquid, this nic shot helps maintain the intended flavour profile while adding the nicotine strength you need.
Freebase vs Nic Salts – What’s the Difference?
Choosing between freebase nicotine and nicotine salts depends on your personal preference.
Freebase Nicotine (This Product):
-
Stronger throat hit
-
Ideal for lower nicotine strengths
-
Best for sub-ohm and RDL vaping
Nicotine Salts:
-
Smoother inhale
-
Better for higher nicotine strengths
-
Ideal for MTL devices and beginners
If you’re searching for that classic throat hit reminiscent of traditional cigarettes, freebase nicotine is the clear winner.
How to Use the 18MG Nic Shot
Using a nic shot is simple and straightforward:
-
Take your shortfill e-liquid (usually 50ml or 100ml)
-
Remove the nozzle cap
-
Add your 10ml nic shot
-
Shake thoroughly
Example:
-
Add 1 x 18mg nic shot to a 50ml shortfill → creates approx 3mg nicotine strength
This flexibility is why nic shots are so popular across the UK vaping community.

The 18MG 70/30 Freebase Nic Shot works exceptionally well with a wide range of devices available at The Vape Experts.
Recommended pairings:
-
